It takes a small dose of patience & a great dose of humanity to fully appreciate this album, but it really journeys into the far-out fringes of the mind in my opinion. Music this good by a two-year-old is entirely novel to me.
Favorite track: Throwing Things Down Stairs.
All sounds on this recording were made by Laura Thornton, the two-year-old daughter of Tim Thornton (Tiger Village, CDX, etc). Tim set up his home studio with several ways to make sounds. These included a microphone in a stairwell with a pile of items to throw down the stairs, piles of amplified bubble wrap, percussion triggered synth arpeggios, organ, drums, guitar & ample use of a microphone with pitch shifted delay.
